Currently, I serve as a Marketing Operations Specialist for OneStream Software. In this role, I assist in data quality and cleanup in our CRM systems HubSpot and Salesforce and also field requests in our ticketing system through ServiceNow. Perhaps more notably, my role focuses heavily on creating documentation and training resources to enable and empower cross-functional team members in core processes and technologies. These resource range from Camtasia videos to How To Guides and Reference sheets housed on Seismic.
My background is in technical communication, and serving as the Marketing Operations Specialist has solidified my passion for writing technical documentation. This is why I am working towards transitioning my career towards technical writing full-time.
In my previous roles, I've helped create a plethora of communication deliverables. From writing website copy, eBooks, and emails to designing infographics, my vast writing experiences demonstrate my ability to learn a multitude of topics and then convey key messages to each respective audience.
